- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While Dr. Solis herself is ok, her staff leaves quite a bit to be desired. Unfortunately one seldom sees the doctor even though the rate is the same for MD or PA. There is a high rate of para-medical personnel turnover with frequent errors in basic processes such as prescription writing. The office staff is usually pleasant enough, on the surface but question them and they become quite defensive and even rude. This practice relies heavily on electronically transmitted prescriptions which they apparently process as a batch at the end of their work day. In other words, as a matter of routine, they won't send new prescriptions to your pharmacy until around 4:30 or 5:00 PM. Honestly, it seems something goes wrong almost every visit - and they really don't much care. One thing they do care about is the Drug Enforcement Agency. This practice, like many others, is obsessive in their paranoia concerning government agencies. It quickly becomes clear that concern has a much higher priority than patient care.
